The Spectrem Affluent Investor Confidence Index (SAICI)^® and Spectrem Millionaire Investor Confidence Index (SMICI)^® gauge the investment confidence and outlook of households with more than $500,000 and more than $1 million of investable assets, respectively.

Each index explores investors' attitudes regarding economic outlook, hypothetical investment preferences and actual investment intentions for the coming month.

The indices are based on 250 monthly interviews with financial decision-makers who have more than $500,000 of investable assets. 

Values in the following ranges indicate investors' behaviors:

Bullish                     31 to 51     

Mildly Bullish          11 to 30             

Neutral                    10 to -10  

Mildly Bearish        -11 to -30

Bearish                  - 31 to -51
