August 13, 2015 Fact of the Day:  How are multi-millionaires using their iPads?

 

DID YOU KNOW THAT THE AVERAGE MULTI-MILLIONAIRE SPENDS MORE THAN 12 HOURS PER WEEK USING THEIR TABLET/IPAD?

  

 

 

Multi-Millionaires are increasingly using their tablets or ipads to research financial or other information and to make transactions of various types.  In fact, the average Multi- Millionare (otherwise known as the UHNW with more than $5 million of net worth) spends 12.08 hours on his or her ipad or tablet.  This is time spent in conducting research about various issues or reading…not time communicating via email or text.

Younger UHNW (those under age 48) spend 15.79 hours per week on their tablets while those between the ages of 49-54 spend the most time on their tablets at 16.54 hours each week.  With age, overall usage decreases.  Those between the ages of 55-64 spend 12.4 hours per week on their tablets.  The oldest UHNW, those over age 65, average 11.24 hours per week on their tablets.
