This report, based primarily upon quantitative online research from more than 3500 HNW investors conducted in 2013 will be supplemented with qualitative interviews and focus group research with both Gen Xers and Baby Boomers. The goal of this report is to allow financial providers to determine how to change their marketing tactics, service and delivery models, and product offerings to most successfully meet the demands of both future and existing clients.
